Blogging is Fun ?? I agree absolutely it is fun, but only when the blogger is happy by heart and healthy by body. Yes, it is true.
The long hours of sitting in front of the computer can cause some serious health hazards like headache, sleep disorders, eye problems, exhaustion etc. Due to blogging addiction, some bloggers face relationship problems with near and dear ones. But, don’t prioritize the computer over your dear ones.
The quality content is written only by happy and a healthy blogger. So, It is mandatory that a blogger should have a balanced lifestyle.
So, here I gather some of the Tips for healthy and happy Blogging, hoping that you follow:

First & Foremost is, Good & Proper Sleep.

Be Relaxed and Calm , while you are in front of Computer ( to Write ).

Listen to some good Music ( your Favorite ).

Drink Plenty of water

Wash your eyes, for every 30 minutes.

Have a Balanced food diet like fresh veggies, fruits etc.

Take a break if you stuck in between and have a Walk.

Most Importantly, spend some Good time with family and friends.

Do Meditation, which calms your mind and feel fresh with new ideas and topics.

Have a Hot Shower if necessary, to rejuvenate yourself.
Above, are some of the simple tips, that we always forget to follow. But, I believe, to be a healthy blogger, these are the tips you have to implement in your day to day life.
